Man dies in fall from seventh floor of office block at Chiswick Business Park

A man has died after plunging from the seventh floor of an office block at a business park in west London.

Police and ambulance crews were called to Chiswick Business Park after the man was said to have fallen from a window at the Building Seven office block.

Scotland Yard said he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 11.15am on Tuesday. 

His death is not being treated as suspicious. 

London’s Air Ambulance was pictured landing at the scene on Turnham Green.

The 12-storey building at the site near to Chiswick High Road is home to companies including Walt Disney and food company Danone.

Paramount Pictures, PespiCo and Singapore Airlines also have premises at the business park. 

A Met Police spokesman said: “Officers were called to a business premises in Chiswick High Road, W4 at approximately 11.15am on Tuesday, August 22 to reports of a man fallen from a height.

“London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance are in attendance. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Enquiries are on-going to establish the man’s identity.

“At this early stage, the incident is not being treated as suspicious. Enquiries continue.”
